“When you take a leap of faith one of two things will happen… Someone will catch you or you will be taught to fly.”
To me the Fool has always had this sort of carefree, lighthearted, and yes sometimes even foolish energy. However that being said I also wonder if it is that very nature that is at the heart of creation itself. The bright light of lightness and joy and willingness to put it all on the line. Its the taking a leap energy, like falling in love, or a complete career path change, or moving half way across the world where you don’t know anyone. The Fool is the ultimate risk taker and also afraid of being exposed.
What would it take for you to be bold and take risks rather than holding yourself back because of your fear of exposure?
Someone very dear to me recently helped me begin to see that whether I see something as work or as play is actually my choice. We all have the ability to choose joy even when we have things that need to get done. The Fool knows joy and knows how to laugh at oneself.
What are you taking so seriously? Would you be willing to have more fun, play and ease in your life no matter what you are ‘doing’?
