Discovering Your Archetype

Way back when we began this journey I told you I would eventually tell you how to discover your own archetype.  Well I’m happy to announce that day has come.  Just figure out your archetype (the formula is below) and then you can then go back to the archives and read about the Major Arcana archetype you were born under.  This is to give you some insight into your self and get a picture of what some of your challengers might be.  Would you be willing to take what is beneficial to you and leave the rest?

Adding the numbers up of your birthday will give you your archetype according to the tarot.  Take the day the month and the year add them down and then together across until you get the number down to a single digit number, only noting the double digit before if it’s 22 or under.

1996 … 1 + 9 + 9 + 6 = 25 … 2 + 5 = 7

2002 … 2 + 0 + 0 + 2 = 22/4
Your birth day
Your birth month
Your full birth year +
Add them down                                                                                                                                             and then add all 4 numbers across     +    +    +    =

Please note that when we get into the double digits, 10-22, people have more than one Archetype. A Wheel of Fortune is a 10: 1+0=1 and is also The Magician.  The Justice is an 11: 1+1=2 so they are also The High Priestess. Etc.  Reading the information on both archetypes will give one a more complete picture into themselves.

Beyond Grateful to those of you that have joined me on this journey!  Coming NEXT week we will begin to dive into the Minor Arcana and discover how that influences the Major Arcana.  How can it get any better than that?!

All Love,
